Since I sold my FZR a couple days ago, I’m also getting rid of my riding gear. I put my helmet, jacket, and gloves up for sale on Craigslist for $400 for the set. Its a good deal, as the APS jacket is worth $400, the helmet $300, and gloves $100. So some ass hat emails me tonight and asks if I’ll sell the gloves seperately. I politely replied that I wanted to sell the set, and wouldn’t seperate just the gloves. Then it got interesting. The email conversation went as follows…
Ass Hat: hey man how much would you sell just the gloves for?
Me: Trying to sell as a set, don’t want to seperate.

Ass Hat: Ok well chances are you won’t get someone to buy the set. So how bout I just email you back in a couple when your frustrated and want to separate them?
Me: Funny thing…Someone just came and bought everything except one glove. I’m so frustrated. I’ll sell you just that one. I attached a picture so you can make sure you want it.
Ass Hat: Yeah good luck selling it all. I see you fuckers on here all day long trying to get top dollar for their stuff. Be real it aiby gonna happen.

that helmet is worth $300, the jacket $400 and gloves $100. I could give a shit if you buy it or not, there are plenty of people who know a good deal when they see it.
He hasn’t replied yet. I guess he wasn’t interested in just the one glove ?
